This is a story about many stories.
You see, I met Lindy at a wedding last year. It was a wedding of one of her friends, Jennifer. I photographed Jennifer and Tom’s wedding at St, William of York and the Gray Rock Mansion (photos coming soon!). Jennifer, was referred to Trans4mation Photography by one of her cousins (now, of course, I can’t remember which one!) – Was it Jessie and Johnny? Brook and TJ? Rosie and Travis? Julia and Eddie? Well, there are more, but you get the point. It all started with Jessie and Johnny asking me to photograph their wedding 4 years ago, and one thing led to another. And since, I’ve done about 10 weddings that are somehow connected to them. A friend. A relative. A friend of the relative. A relative of the friend. A coworker. I am humbled and honored to be welcomed into this extended group of families and friends!
So a few weeks ago, I had the awesome privilege to photograph Lindy and Bill’s wedding at the Towson Golf and Country Club (aka Eagles Nest). Not only were we able to capture the natural beauty of the golf course as the backdrop to many photos, but also enjoyed and photographed the special and traditional Chinese Lion Dance. Terrific dancers, ornate costumes, drums, and symbolism! Both my second shooter/photographer (Brenda) and I felt at total ease with Lindy and Bill’s families – they were great hosts to everyone, fun, and easy going. It was truly a delight to participate in this colorful, festive, and sacred event.
Lindy and Bill have known each other for about 10 years and decided it was “finally time” to tie the knot. I also had the pleasure of doing their engagement photos in downtown Annapolis. But for now, come join me in viewing some spectacular images of their beautiful wedding. And don’t forget: if you are looking for a wedding photographer, please contact www.Trans4mationPhotography.com to learn more about how I can create lasting visual memories!
