I have to hand it to Todd. He carefully and methodically planned his engagement to Kathy. He reached out to me and asked me to take pictures in a covert operation. His plans paid off! After checking into their hotels and going out to eat at Cafe Normandie, he casually led Kathy to the grounds of the Maryland State House and dropped to one knee and popped the question. Of course she said “yes”! These two good looking couple could not be any more sweet and easy going. Kathy had slight suspicions but was surprised to be sure. Afterwards, I spent some time having fun taking pictures of these two love birds!
