I couldn’t help but think of Zac Brown’s “Sweet Annie” when I spent time with Anne and Kenny during their engagement photo session. Why? Simply because Anne is superlatively sweet, down to earth, and easy going. Don’t believe me? Just look at these engagement photos! Her bubbly and effervescent personality comes off the page (or screen)! And Kenny is unambiguously in love with her!
As a huge fan of healthy marriages, I loved seeing them both interact with each other, with such carefree ease! It didn’t seem to matter to either of them what we did during the photo session. They just wanted each other to be happy. Imagine a marriage or a world where we all consider each other’s interests above our own?!
Yesterday (believe it or not), I had the pleasure of meeting both of the for the first time. We had actually met on a FaceTime call a few months ago during the quarantine so we didn’t have the opportunity to meet in person until yesterday. We met at the Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis, Maryland, and had a lot of fun just before the rains came down!
