Ever been to Europe? Or Asia? Or travelled so much that you can’t possibly run out of stories and experiences to tell your friends and family? Well, Geralda and Brenan are the couple that can say “I do” and “I did”!
When I first met Geralda and Brenan, I thought, “Wow, this couple needs to consider modeling as a career”. Both of them are blessed with good looks and fabulous smiles. I got to know them real well when Trans4mation Photography first shot their engagement photos back in July in downtown Annapolis. Click here to see Engagement Photos. They both asked to do whatever creative shots and ideas I had in mind for their engagement, as well as their wedding.
So when the big day came, we decided to capture as many creative shots, which we planned together during the venue walk-through that I do with every client about a month before the wedding. With the rotunda at the world renown Carnegie Institute of Science served as a spectacular background for bridal party introductions and dancing. The table settings, center pieces, ambient lighting, decor, food, photo booth, music, and off course the cake and cigars were intentionally elegant and well coordinated. The gorgeous and colorful flower arrangements by My Wedding Flowers were offered a majestic feel to the palatial venue! A delightful epicurean menu by Better Events made for kings satisfied the palate of all the guests. And, turns out I knew one of the band members (an exceptional vocalist who has performed around the world and in front of 2 U.S. presidents) who played at their reception. John Fisher, formerly of the Cruisers and the U.S. Naval Band belted out some serious notes as he rocked and jazzed the guests during cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Music for dancing was provided by DJ Max Powers and ambient uplighting was provided by I Want Ambiance. All the festivities were captured in pictures by Trans4mation Photography and video by Video Express Production. A job well done and organized by the event and wedding planner Desiree Walker of Perfectly Yours. This wedding and reception had all the markings of a black-tie event.
Each table was marked with an international destination which Geralda and Brenan had visited in the past, adding to the exquisite and rich feel to this celebration. Come, join Geralda and Brenan on a trip to their “international” travel wedding as they share their wedding day with their family and friends.
