I find it always more fun when a bridal couple comes to me with specific ideas for their engagement photo shoot. Why you may ask? Simply because they tend to posses an uptick on extravertedness, creativity, and fun. So when Megan came to me, she envisioned doing a 50’s Diner themed photoshoot with Ryan ahead of their wedding currently scheduled for September 2014. She located a 50’s styled diner – Route 50 Diner near Ocean City, Maryland, which also happened to be near water. Guess what we ended up doing? Yep, we did both water and diner shots which, in my humble opinion turned out spectacular!
Megan and Ryan took the time to rent, borrow, or purchase items to play the role. Megan’s sister and her boyfriend also came for moral support and made for a couple of extra photography assistants (I told them they were hired!). Take a look at the photos these two love birds created during a fun, relaxed, day in the breezy-yet-warm-enough August day.
